Michael Cosgrove Guitar Trio

Michael Cosgrove is a Seattle-based jazz guitarist, playing both straight-ahead and fusion. As a kid he wanted to join the Beatles, but before long he turned to Jazz and studied with the great Seattle guitarist Al Turay. He has played Tula's, the North City Bistro, Out to Lunch concerts, among many other venues.

The standards trio might be called jazz chamber music - two guitars and bass playing classic tunes. Without drums, it's quieter and the subtleties of the guitar's sound really shines.
